You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice.
After successful payment, your AI-generated Report is typically generated within 60 seconds and made available for viewing and download. You will receive access to your Report via the PawRoast website.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Report after purchase. We recommend downloading your Report promptly upon receipt. We are not responsible for reports that are not downloaded before account issues or access problems on your end.
You retain all rights to the content you submit to PawRoast, including your pet photo and quiz answers ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you:
You are solely responsible for the User Content you provide. You must not upload any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties, contains illegal material, or is otherwise prohibited.
The Report generated by PawRoast's AI is created by an AI system using the inputs you provide. While we take care to generate accurate, entertaining content, you acknowledge that:
PawRoast retains no ownership rights over the AI-generated content once delivered to you for your personal use.

In particular, AI-generated comedy content is provided for entertainment purposes only. PawRoast makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any humor, personality assessment, or other content in your Report. Any decisions made based on AI-generated content are made at your own risk.
Entertainment Only: The content of your Report is AI-generated comedy. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, behavioral consultation, or any formal pet assessment. Do not make health or behavioral decisions for your pet based solely on the Report.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Report giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
The PawRoast name, logo, website design, trademarks, and all related materials are the property of PawRoast or its operators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
