Digital Product Note

Because PawRoast reports are digital products delivered instantly, we cannot offer a refund once the report has been generated and delivered — unless there's a technical failure on our end. This is standard practice for digital goods, since they cannot be "returned" once consumed.

Think of it like buying a movie ticket and then asking for your money back because the movie wasn't your favorite. Not how it works — but if the projector broke, we'll fix it or refund you immediately.

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We don't store your card details — so refunds go back to the card you used.
