1.1 Information You Provide

• Pet Photo: When you upload a photo of your pet, it is stored temporarily for the purpose of generating your AI personality report. Photos are not retained after report generation unless you choose to save or share the report.
• Quiz Responses: Your answers to our pet personality quiz are used as input for generating your personalized AI report.
• Pet Details: Name, type, and approximate age of your pet as entered in the form.
• Contact Information: Email address collected during checkout for order confirmation and report delivery.
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit or debit card number. See Section 4 for details.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on each page, and general interaction patterns on our website.
• Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our Service. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device for a set period). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers may be collected to improve service delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Generate and deliver your AI-powered pet personality report (PDF)
• Process your payment via Stripe
• Send transactional emails related to your order (confirmation, report delivery)
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Improve and optimize our Service, including AI model performance
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

• Pet photos: Deleted within 7 days of report delivery, unless you contact us to request earlier deletion.
• Quiz responses and pet details: Retained for up to 90 days for service quality and support purposes.
• Payment records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years per financial regulatory requirements.
• Email address: Retained as long as you have an active account or until you request deletion.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@pawroast.polsia.app. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service providers:

4.1 Stripe (Payment Processing)

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your full payment card details are never transmitted through or stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information: https://stripe.com/privacy

4.2 OpenAI (AI Processing)

Pet photos and quiz responses are processed by OpenAI's API to generate your personality report. OpenAI processes this data as a data processor in accordance with their privacy policy: https://openai.com/privacy

4.3 Polsia (Infrastructure)

Our service is built on the Polsia platform. Polsia's infrastructure is used to host our application and database. Their privacy policy applies to the infrastructure services they provide: https://polsia.com/privacy

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies: Required for the Service to function (e.g., quiz progress, checkout flow)
